Hear the words behind the pictures in this exhibition of Sydney’s storytellers.
Featuring the work of over twenty artists and acoustic sound, including Wana Oriole, Pete Strong, Sarah Clunie, Mobot, Gre Richards, Shanta, Skulk, Andros, Bafcat, Clint Sf Bautista, Terrible Horrible, David Crystalface, Skatey C, Bianca Esteban, Geoffrey Goodes, Wundernuss, Tifany, Cheung ha Lim, Andres Guidobono, Eva Ross, Andy Medina, LuLu CS, Nicole Holmewood, Christie Torrington, Raptor Blood, Azelia and Justin Maynard, and Kathy Leung.
The show explores how storytelling has evolved and includes poignant stories of our collective and individual histories. The influence of the creative line – to convey emotion and lighten a subject, or to evoke a passion in us, is considered in this exhibition of both original works on paper and printed edition pieces.
